TIRED OF ORDINARY TECH?
For the adventure of your life, volunteer your tech skills to help the world’s poorest people. Our hospital ships’ Information Technology systems are vital to running a smooth operation. You may not be at the front end of providing essential surgery for Africa’s under-served poor, but it can’t happen without your skills. Help us run a more efficient, advanced service onboard to serve our patients while docked in Africa.
Whatever your experience and availability, there’s something for you!
‘The ship is a unique environment in terms of IT support. It contains a hospital, ship engine room, school, café/shop, hair salon, library, church, bank, and 450 crew members with plenty of personal devices on board. As an IT team, we had to be well-organised and inventive to handle all the technology issues that were thrown at us,’ says Jonny Clark, IS Support Specialist
